The Sunday Assembly is a secular congregation that celebrates life.
This Month’s Service, hosted by David Diskin
As experienced baby boomer employees are retiring, the rise of millennials in the workplace is increasing, with over 80 million people born between 1982 and 2000 in the US alone. As these demographic shifts become more obvious, entire generations are being labeled, categorized and stereotyped.
Jessica will discuss how individuals can combat the unfair labels that define their generation and avoid doing the same to others. She will also review the pitfalls of generational stereotyping and how that can affect your life.
Dr. Jessica Kriegel is Managing Partner at O.E. Consulting Group, an organization development consulting firm specializing in organizational culture enhancement and workplace strategy.
She is also the author of “Unfairly Labeled: How Your Workplace Can Benefit From Ditching Generational Labels”.

What is Sunday Assembly?
Our events are 75 minutes of inspirational talks, music (mostly 80s and 90s pop hits), poetry and art, donuts and coffee, and more, followed by an optional potluck.
We are radically inclusive – everyone is welcome, regardless of their beliefs (or lack thereof), their sexual orientation, their age, gender, or politics.
Our events are free for all to attend, though donations are appreciated.
Childcare is provided for potty-trained youth ages 2 and up, though we expect older children will have a blast at the regular service.
Our Motto: To live better, help often, and wonder more.
And It’s a Potluck!
Stay after the service and have lunch with your fellow Sunday Assembly goers. Bring a dish to share — just make sure your dish will be waiting about an hour until we dig in.
We’ll cover drinks, napkins, plates, and plastic ware.
